When people ask me why I became a coach, I tell them it is because I was looking for a flexible ( and "portable") career, dealing with the idea of going back to a full time time job, two children and a few countries after....
But that is only part of the story.
As a former HR professional, I have always been immersed in other people's lives, in a professional and personal way. Relationships is what I have always valued the most in my work.
Relationships. But what type of relationship?
What really inspired me was a need to build different relationships, to go beyond those professional masks or "personas" and finally encounter other people's struggles and feelings of helplessness.
I know now that coaching can help people to become stronger and happier. And most important of all, true to oneself.
I trained to become a coach after several years of working in Human Resources within multinational contexts. My background includes a degree in Linguistics, masters in Human Resources and Coaching along with a series of training in the humanities.
I can coach in Italian, English and French.
